Baby steps but success without trying much. So 2 weeks ago I started over for the umpteenth time to try to lose weight and mainly feel better. I dont do diets well because I like to eat ... I refuse to give up foods I love all together and eat rabbit food. I use a combination of Plexus (love it) and Weight Watchers (love it too cause I can eat what I want) ... Week 1 went well but I refused to weigh (Frankie had to hide the scale day one because I want to weigh all the time) ... Week 2 not so disciplined as when a festival or event rolls around I get in jewelry making mode and literally forget to eat and drink my water. So I was reluctant this morning. Ive had several bad and late night meals this week. Results are in and Ive lost 3 pounds and down 5 inches! Yay for progress!!!! So its back to business today and when school starts full time next week - Im hitting the gym wide open! But this week Im going to savor lazy days with the kiddies! At least 3 days of Lake Life coming up. Sorry not sorry for the long post. Lol
