Back from a crazy summer of travel, moving, and a new job for my husband. All that knocked me off my routine, feeling run down, up 7 lbs, and down lots of muscle. Im ready to get back into a structured program where I know Ill get results if I just stick to it. Heres the plan. 1. Shakeology (superfood nutrition shake) once a day. 2. Follow P90X3 workout schedule without fail. 3. Share daily with a small group that is dedicated to the same goal of making changes and no excuses. If you are one of those people, message me. Love the balance moves at the end that dont require jumping around but are amazing at building core strength and flexibility!
