Back in 2005 I sadly weighed nearly 385 lbs and wore a size 54 waist. My spare tire had a spare tire. This spring I was down to 320 and a size 42. Two months ago I was knocking on the door of 300 when I weighed in at 301 lbs. Well today I went in for a check up I made it under 300. But not just a little under 300 I wasnt 299 I wasnt 295 I wasnt 290 I wasnt even 285. Today I weighed in at 284 and I can barely wear a size 40 my next goal is to get into the size thirties and lose another 20 pounds by summer.
