Back in January I was really nervous about starting P90X3 because I had never finished a workout series in my life. I was not sure if I could ever be really strong and fit. Those first few weeks were grueling and many times I wanted to NOT workout. I do not really enjoy pressing play, but what I have come to learn over the months of being consistent that I LOVE how strong I feel. It has been six weeks since I could do an all around cardio and upper body workout. Five of those weeks I was not supposed to workout at all. Starting back up is NOT easy, but I want to dedicate my 21 Day Fix, 30 minute kick butt workout, Total Body Cardio to my husband Michael, Wendie one of my coaches who works with me to help people get healthy, my own coach Melissa Means and another bestie coach Amber Vancuren, along with my current challengers tagged below. Without watching the push play daily, do their hard work it would not make me want to press play as well. I lost some of what I had gained strength wise during my five weeks, but I am back and ready to workout at least 30 minutes daily and take my Shakeology power drink.
