Back in May we sold our house and found a dream house to move to, 3 months later our buyer lost their buyer, found a buyer and submitted a new offer ÂŁ30k lower, we settled at ÂŁ18k, all parties had surveys done and passed, instructed solicitors and removal companies, 2 weeks from signing contracts, our buyer pulled out and refused to give an explanation (hope its project yew tree related!), we have been racing to sell our home in order to keep the dream alive but sadly we have just learned that our future home now has another offer accepted, leaving us ÂŁ3k out of pocket. I am past being angry but if anyone knows Louise Coleman or her hubby Matt please go and wipe dog poo on her door handles!
