Back in the 1980s when I had a recording studio in Northern Califronia - out on the S curve off Bodega Highway in Sebastopol. . . .Denis and I were asked to record Juley Grogans Legacy. - Denis is an incredible arranger and sound engineer. This video was right after the earthquake which damaged San Francisco and Oakland. The Catholic Church and school in Santa Rosa was heavily damaged - so the church member could only worship in one section of the church (a big wall was built inside the church). When one listens to the lyrics of this song - one is reminded of what it means to be the church today - that we build a legacy for our selves and our children. --- Since the church and school was damaged I shot videos of school children playing (a pre-GAMEKIDS production). The finals shots is inside the recording studio. Its amazing how many musicians and singers graced that room. There were so many people who helped us build that studio from scratch and we produced hundreds of songs and commercials. Great memories of times past. Enjoy Legacy Church - by Juley Grogan.
