Back in the 70s we only took baths...my Dad came into more money as his job progressed and remodeled the bathroom, later in the 70s and we got a shower! That was like the old term...like sliced bread. Did your mother inspect you after you took a bath...such as check behind your ears, back of knees and bend of elbows & belly button...then whisper...did you clean well in your other areas? My mother was immaculate and always on top of the house and her kids....was your mother like this in anyway?
