Back in the hospital arena sitting and watching over loved one. I can not stress to everyone the importance of diet, exercise and proper rest. Medications are only a temporary fix in so many situations. Sometimes we need to be reminded just how important some things are that we all tend to take for granted. Thanking everyone for their concerns and when I do get back to a normal life will go back and respond to everyo0nes posts. Attitude attitude and thinking positive are so important. Anyhows God Bless all yous and take care of your health because if you dont there damn sure aint anyone else that can!!!!
