Back into staging, full-swing, and had a question to pose to my followers... let me preface by saying: Its come to my attention that most schools do not offer sewing classes to teens, anymore, or at least thats what Im gathering from conversations. I sew a lot of my items, theyre quick, easy, I can personalize a room, and most times sewing an item is lower cost than buying new. Each of these photos has at least one item I sewed. As an extension of my staging business, Id like to give a free, 6 week course during the summer months, on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 in Orcutt, to children between the ages of 13 to 16. The basics would be taught, and then ultimately the child will be able to decorate their own bedroom with home-made pillows and window coverings! My question is, would anyone be interested?
