Back me away from this ledge, because I really want to jump head first into the crazy. My primary care doctor has been prescribing my psych meds for quite a while, but now he feels I need a psychiatrist to oversee me. The whole reason HE was doing it is because the local p-doc is a jerk who has yelled at me, wont listen to what I say, and doesnt seem to care if Im in a good way or bad way. The one I was referred to has a very long waiting list (months), so I havent been able to fit into his schedule yet. Options are limited, and my back is against the wall (next to a ledge?!). I dont tend to behave well when my options are taken away from me, leaving me without any way to take care of myself...and then, of course, I catch the blame for it. Its a really bad day, so far.
