Background of New Way Social & Development Organization: New Way Social & Development Organization (NSDO) is nongovernmental, nonprofit and independent organization that has established in Kunduz province since 2010. In 2011 officially registered in Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan republic state with register NO# (2185).NSDO activities have been in progress along with national and international organizations. This organization (NSDO) handles some programs such as; Education, Community services, Agriculture and Health but its main consideration is over women and youths capacity building programs. In three decades of war the women have been facing with numerous problems and challenges, therefore, this organization wants to overcome the problems in order to bring a suitable and peaceful life for families. Up to now so many capacity building programs have conducted for Youth in Kunduz province. Establishment of literacy courses, health and hygiene educations and some other workshops for youth is one of the long term plans of NSDO that always these programs will be held in all parts of Kunduz and other nearside provinces and it’s going to be continued. It is mentionable which New Way Social & Development Organization in 2011 recognized as CSO and started its activity as a CSO under the programs of I-PACS II with financial support of USAID & Counterpart International/ECW in Kunduz, the aim of the program is to build the capacity of the CSO’s.
