Keep your core tight throughout the move. Shoulders back, chest high. Do a reverse lunge but dont touch the knee to the floor. When you rise, give that tush a little squeeze as you bring your foot up. Finish off with a quick stretch by bringing your knees to your chest. Tag a friend to do it with you...
