Bacoo a 13 year old dog was rushed into our clinic by their owners when he collapsed during his afternoon walk. He arrived without been able to move and was quickly diagnosed with serious life threatening disease, a large bleeding tumor in his spleen. After been placed on fluids he had emergency surgery to remove the tumor and a blood transfusion. day after day he started to feel stronger and on day 3 we whent home. Bacoo was lucky, first because the owners rushed him into our clinic , secondly because our ultrasound skills we quickly discovered the tumor and finally because we managed to surgically remove the entire tumor in a very short period of time.
