Bad News, better start buying fax machines now... Dear Fax2Email User It is with regret to inform you that Telecom Namibia have cancelled the Service Provider Agreement for Fax2Email and Email to Fax service in Namibia. We have made every effort to negotiate with Telecom Namibia to continue with the Service Provider Agreement but to no avail. Telecom Namibia have therefore suspended the Fax2Email service in Namibia with immediate effect. This does not affect our Fax2Email service in the UK, South Africa, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia and Kenya. We are in current discussions with Telecom Namibia to extend or re-negotiate the Service Provider Agreement and will inform you as soon as we are successfull with our negotiations. We really appreciate the support we have received from you so far and convey our sincere apologies for the inconvenience suffered by the cessation of the Fax2Email services in Namibia and assure you that we have tried everything in our power to prevent this unfortunate situation.
