Badals double standards on dealing with relatives and non relatives in Punjab cabinet. The issue is of equality amongst peers, propriety, equality before law and equality on the basis of caste and social standing. This is not being displayed as it is seen in the case of Sarwan Singh Phillour ( his sons name had been mentioned)versus Close kin MAJITHIA who is named himself. Why should the propriety go out of CM functioning when his close relatives are involved. He has to show sagacity, even handed dealing and statesmanship because he is the CM and not father in law of Harsimrat when dealing with quasi judicial matters in which her brother is involved. AAP wants the immediate dismissal/removal of MAJITHIA from Punjab cabinet and a CBI inquiry if at all PM Modi is seen to be sincere about his Mann Ki Baat radio address on Drug issue. AAP BELIEVES THAT THE RECEIVERS AND SENDERS OF DRUG CONSIGNMENT S ARE NEVER BROUGHT BEFORE LAW BUT ONLY COURIERS GET SENTENCED THUS THE ACTUAL BENEFICIARIES OF CRORES ALWAYS REMAIN BEHIND SCENES. This is actually a test case for the enforcement authorities to believe what Bhola revealed in his confessions because other co accused have also been caught based on his confession then why make an exception in case of MAJITHIA and doubt the veracity of Bholas confession in this particular case. It will seem to be a ridiculous piece of investigation if he gets a clean chit where by it will become obvious that there are two sets of rules one for ordinary criminals and second for well heeled and connected ones.
