Badass response in regards to American Sniper flick and Hollywoods media. Feedback from the Havok Journal seg last week. Sent: Saturday, January 17, 2015 11:38 AM Subject: Savages You gentlemen are talking about savage and how the American media didnt like that put in the movie American sniper. I havent seen it but from a marine who deployed twice to Afghanistan and lived amongst the villagers in Delaram and the Upper Gereshk Valley outside of Sangin I know what savages those of the insurgency are! We tried to help the the locals and befriend them but the insurgents way to combat that was to sneak into the homes at night and take the man of the home and behead him! If that wasnt enough then they would take the severed head and put it on a spike outside the village or our PB! How else do you explain that! I cant explain how barbaric that really is when you see it! That to us was as evil as it gets and how do you win against someone who is willing to do that! Not by saying we are sorry or to try and understand their feelings! The only way is to exterminate those willing to do such a thing! Then Afterwards take the time and teach the next generation of kids in those areas how to think for themselves as in being not illiterate! Sorry for rambling but everything that is happening I saw in Afghanistan and now that its coming here we need to be ready and sending a musician from the hippie era is not going to work.
