Baguette,Bruschetta Cheese Bites Make these to be the hit of any party Ingredients: Baguette bread Olive oil Garlic powder Fresh Bruschetta Fresh Mazzerella cheese Slice bread on a diagonal Pour about 1/2 cup olive oil in a bowl and add garlic powder to taste Lightly brush mixture on both sides of bread Bake in a 350 oven for approx. 10 minutes, until just lightly toasted Place a spoon of Bruschetta on bread and top with a slice of cheese. Place under a broiler until cheese is melted. Watch closely only takes about 5 min.
