Baked some chicken wings a couple days ago and slow simmered the tips for a few hours. Made chicken wing Jell-O. Canned it up this morning. Next time I cook wings Ill add it to the pan to help make them even more chickeny and juicy. Liliyas selling wings now - yes they eat chicken wings in Eastern Europe - but we slow bake ours instead of frying so theyre just falling apart tender, and of course with our own special seasonings.
