Banana bread and butter pudding!!! So when I went to work we left this on low, six crust less slices of bread, buttered on one side, layered with banana and the torn up crusts, then pour over 500ml milk, with 2 tbsp of instant custard powder and 2 tbsp of set honey mixed in, then sprinkle brown sugar over each layer, left on low for about 4 hours, then on high for two hours then when serving sprinkle a bit more brown sugar :)
