Band 7 Occupational Therapist – London Band 7 Specialist FALLS Prevention Occupational Therapist required to work within 2 care homes for 2.5 days and 1.5 days working as a FALLS Therapy Link Worker . The successful candidate must have Elderly Rehabilitation experience - specifically falls and experience of using telecare. The post is to start as soon as possible for around 3 months. It is essential that the candidate is RIO trained.
