Band i was given: Chimaira Do i like them? Hell yeah. First off they hail from Ohio so thats an added bonus. Ive been a fan since 2001. Upon first listen i immediately spread the word to all my metal friends. I was always intrigued by Mark Hunters lyrics and some tracks just hit home with me. Eaxh album pushed the band to a new level while maintaining classic Chimaira sound. The band has went through alot and never let that stop them. Forever a favorite of mine! Favorite songs: Jade, dead inside, power trip, overlooked, eyes of a criminal, nothing remains, everything you love, six, needle, secrets of the dead, clockwork, i despise, and EVERY INSTRUMENTAL! Have i seen them live? Yes an ass ton of times. Chimaira Christmas 5 was my first show seeing them. I lost exact count but im up to about 30ish shows of theirs and theres never a dull moment. Like this and ill give you a band.
