Band resisted single leg hamstring curls. This is an excellent exercise for the hamstrings. The band should be securely anchored at around groin height, or slightly higher. The band will be looped around the ankle. Make sure you DO NOT sit on your hamstrings when on the bench. You want just your glutes on the bench, and to have good posture with the upper body. In the curled in position, aim to pause and hold the curled position for 2-3 seconds with each repetition.
