Bangalore ATM attack: No arrest yet Bangalore: The Bangalore Police is yet to arrest the attacker who brutally injured and robbed a woman inside an ATM booth in Karnatakas capital city, said reports on Thursday. A 44-year-old woman is critical at a hospital after she was allegedly attacked and robbed inside an ATM booth in Bangalore at 7 am on Tuesday. According to reports, the CCTV footage of the ATM showed the attacker entering the booth, repeatedly attacking the woman with a machete, robbing her and then escaping from the site. There was no security guard at the Corporation Bank ATM booth. The victim, who is a bank manager by profession, was admitted to BGS Hospital in a critical condition. Doctors said her CT scam showed a fractured skull. She has got paralysis on the right side of her body. There is a brain injury as well, said a doctor treating the woman. The victim is a brave woman. I congratulate her for trying to resist the crime. We will record her statement as soon as she is in a condition to talk, Bangalore Joint Police Commissioner Kamal Pant told reporters.
