Bank Of America in Excelsior has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dustin goes in there at 4:40 to open a new account (One just for him that I cant touch lol) & they TURNED HIM AWAY & asked him to come back another day Bc they close at 5:00!!!! Are you kidding me???? Who turns away a NEW CUSTOMER???? So I call up there to complain & she says Im sorry maam, it takes longer than 20 minutes to open an account! SO YOU STAY OPEN FOR 5 EXTRA MINUTES TO ACCOMMODATE A NEW CUSTOMER!!!! SIMPLE SIMON!!!! Well I have every intention of reporting this to Upper Management bc that is RIDICULOUS
