Bank of America will record your calls but will refuse you to record the call.. B of A is most likely the most hated Bank on the planet and their arrogance and contempt for their customers is notorious. Little known fact is if they call you or you call them, they will tell you the call is being recorded. But if you tell them yes it is on your end to, they will freak out and tell you they refuse recorded calls and will hang up on you. They also refuse to except cash payments for loans yet they will take your cash and put it into your account. Just a few more reasons not to ever to any business with B of A.
