Banking resolution: Some may remember I asked a few weeks back about the margin of error that bank tellers are allowed. I shared how I felt I had been shorted a bit in a small transaction. Within 20? minutes, folks from two of the banks in town had messaged me, to see if it was them. I said I was not wanting to get anyone in trouble, but eventually admitted to the bank the transaction had occurred at. That official looked into it, and got back in contact with me to tell me they had only been off 10 cents that day. I thanked them for checking it, and went on about my business after thanking them for their diligence in checking. It turns out, though, the teller found the problem that day (they had counted half dollar coins as quarters,) and made a deposit into my account, and I was mailed a copy of the deposit slip with the notation that it was an error in change counting. It was very professional, and I was also glad in that, while I am quite fallible in many ways, I like to think that I seldom make a mistake with numbers. Well done, and thanks!
