Banks not ready to participate in PM Youth Business Loan Program ------------------------------ Various banks have refused to release the second installment of loan under Prime Minister Youth Business Loan Program, local media reported Friday. The banks have made it clear that they won’t release the second and last installment unless the State Bank of Pakistan and Ministry of Finance issue such directives in writing. The bank management said the incumbent government may collapse at any time therefore bank does not want its hefty amount to sink.
