Banshee went to an amazing foster home today to start her new life with people that love her and other furry friends to play with! She will no longer be on a chain, she will no longer be eaten alive by fleas, she will no longer be forced to have litter after litter of puppies, she will no longer be beaten, hurt, or want for anything. She will not be made to fight other dogs, or to scavenge for food. She will no longer be mutilated (ears cropped, tail docked, etc) to alter her appearance. She will be loved, she will be cared for, she will sleep inside of a home at night instead of sleeping through the seasons outside. She will not spend her days in a shelter. She will not be euthanized in a room that already smells of death because of an irresponsible owner and an overcrowded shelter. She will have toys, plenty of clean water and food, she will be played with, and most importantly...she will be part of a family. Fostering saves lives, teaches love, and shows unwanted animals that they can trust humans again. Thank you to all of our fosters. YOU have made a difference.
