Barabbas polishing off a 15 pound hind quarter. Cougar have 1 fangs that are designed to grab, hold and tear. Their jaw is able to open to almost 120 degrees and can easily surround the neck of their favorite prey the Whitetail deer. Their back teeth have a pyramid shape to them similar to that of a shark. Each tooth looks like one tall pyramid with a shorter pyramid on each side. The upper teeth do not align with the bottom teeth they cut/slide past each other, similar to that of a scissor. This amazing feature along with 1 curved claws gives the cougar first place as the ultimate North American predator.
