China can continue to produce pollution and even increase. Emissions until 2031 than they have to slow down ...... Now the whole point of this is to make manufacturing in this country so expensive that it will cease . That will cause two things one is all manufacturing will be done in China Singapore Vietnam Pakistan India ect the other is that more and more former factory workers will become dependent on government hand outs or government service jobs . Corporations will now be free of the Federal environmental restrictions because China has none Now remember when Bill Clinton Gave China favored Nation Status ...
