Barely anything in todays world is actually as it is called. The devil, master of deception, has diluted the majority of things that were as they called themselves to the point they are no longer, as well as created many falsities in conjunction. We cannot rely on the names men call anything to know what it is. This is a very important reason why we must be in our Bible -daily.- The Bible tells us things as they are so that regardless what theyre called today, we will know right from wrong. If you do not stay in your Bible continually, you -will- be deceived. Relying on others around you to tell you right from wrong based on the Bible will result in you being deceived as well. Satan knows that the most effective way to impact the church is to bring down one of its members, as before those around them realize whats happened - that fallen man can have a major effect bringing down others, often numerous in count. Also, the devil knows the Bible word for word, better than any man. By this, he is able to substitute or add a word to a verse knowing that youll remember the verse, but not know it entirely and be deceived. In the majority of discussions youll find about in the world, verses will even be word for word, however taken out of the context from which they were written. This verse alone and you knowing it for a fact to be correct word for word can have a huge impact in a completely different direction, if you do not know the context it was written in. Again, get in your Bible daily. - One matter of great importance today is marriage. The government should have never been allowed to have its own ceremony and call it a marriage ceremony. I firmly believe that Satan planned this from the time governments started taking over marriage. Knowing that once he could affect men in the government, which are typically more easily corrupted, then also he could corrupt the ceremony. Just because the government calls something marriage, does not make it marriage. I think we should fight against our government and try to get their marriage to be called something else. Marriage was established in the Bible, not by our government. Therefore, our government has no right to change or take over it. We need a very clear distinction between the government sanctioned ceremony and the God sanctioned ceremony. If we can make this happen, then they will not have any right to come against our organizational leaders for not providing the ceremony to a specific group of persons. Its like, say you went to some restaurant called Jims Cafe in one town... then you go to another town across the country and find a Jims Cafe. Just because men call it by the same name, does not mean it is the same entity. Likewise, our government calls their ceremony marriage, that does not mean it is Gods marriage. We -must- have a clear distinction between the government and the church ceremonies if we are to have any hope in this battle on marriage.
