Nutritionally speaking, there is little difference between barley grass and wheat grass. However, the concentration of each nutrient depends on the method of growing these grasses - and theres the big difference. When grown for juicing purposes, wheat grass is typically grown in sprouting trays with very shallow soil (1 to 2 inches).
