Barn Sale Reminders: 1. Come prepared! Remember that it is an outdoor sale. Bring a laundry basket or shopping bag to help you carry your items while you shop! If you plan on getting there early, bring a small folding chair or something to sit on. I want you to be comfy :) 2. Cash, local checks, and most cards will be accepted. But the Internet service can be spotty so bring a backup payment method! 3. I plan on having at least one person to help load, but they will be very busy. If you are going to buy a large amount of furniture, you may want to bring someone. 4. Bring a trailer/truck even if you might buy a large item. Also, old blankets will help protect your items while transporting them home! 5. Items purchased must be picked up the same day before that sale ends at 4pm. 6. The barn has a convenient parking lot. There are two drives. They will be labeled "enter" and "exit" to simplify traffic flow. In case it is full, all overflow will simply park by the road. 7. The sales area will be roped off. There will be an entrance gate labeled. The line will form here to enter. The checkout will be located beside the exit gate. Everyone must enter through the entrance gate, even if you have to go back to your car. So keep this in mind and have everything you need. 8. This sale is open to the PUBLIC! The prices will be low so it is a great place for dealers, but anyone can come! There will be a good selection of furniture that has been painted and refinished for people who do not paint their own pieces! It may be a good idea to bring a stroller for small children. There is a major highway right beside the sales area! 9. *** No one will be allowed to shop before 10am. I want to be fair to everyone so all items are first-come, first-served. Even my friends are waiting :) *** 10. I will be posting SOME of the items that will be at the sale. These pictures can be found in our albums. It is labeled "Barn Sale 2013". Anna posts pictures of her items available at her store in Glennville and I post some that are currently available, but none of these other pictures will be in the Barn Sale album. 11. During the next five weeks, I will post information about the sale on our page but I will post even more information on the event page. Simply go to the events on our page and find the Barn Sale. Then select that you are attending and you will always be up-to-date! 12. If it rains, the sale will be the following Saturday.
