Barotse Activists On Treason Charge Moved to Lusaka as Four Others Get Arrested? Unconfirmed reports are that all the Barotse activists on treasonous charges under Zambian laws have been moved from Mungu, the capital of Barotseland, and taken to Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, last night for some explained reason. The accused whose trial hearing yesterday turned a twist when the accused applied that the Zambian court system had no competence to try their case as they belonged to another state and called on the commonwealth, SADC or a another international court to hear their case to the amazement of the press and other witnesses had to be adjourned to 2nd October for yet another mention to allow for further instruction from the Zambia Director of Public Prosecution. Meanwhile four other Barotse activists have since been arrested in Kalabo.
