Barun Sobti’ from ruthless ‘ASR’ to clumsy ‘Sukhi’ Barun Sobti’s incredible talent and tremendous charm as an actor is not unfamiliar thing for regular TV viewers. He had already achieved a phenomenal success in TV within a very short span of time. The actor who started in showbiz with a catastrophic debut ever could be, turned his status in the industry absolutely upside-down in less than three years and exceptionally, went to become the most iconic Indian television character ever experienced. A phenomenal actor with excellent emoting powers and terrific play of expressions- Barun Sobti, with his last seen TV character, Arnav Singh Raizada, proved his fabulously marched variations and perfection in enacting any given script/sequence. His aura was extremely influential and persistent that the TV channel, historically, pulled off the running hit show upon his quitting. The trailer is being referred as an extremely good one in the genre in Bollywood after a long time. Audiences specially have liked the rushes of Barun’s on screen character Sukhwinder Singh aka Sukhi and his comic andaz. It seems Barun, yet again, has done a tremendously incredible work as the carefree, clumsy, foodie and loudmouth character of Sukhi, all with his perfectionist skills at performing on the camera. Moreover, going by the trailer, the team of MAMR, though, a new one altogether have succeeded in hitting the nail right. The film appears every ounce of light-hearted fun, youthful charm, heartwarming love, classy and promising. It feels director Adeeb Rais has brought out best from Barun Sobti and Shehnaz Treasurywala as well as the rest of the supporting cast. The positive response to the trailer received from all over ensures that the huge jump of TV’s sensational star to 70mm screen is going to be bang on. Considering the mass hysteria Barun Sobti creates every time with even a slightest of public appearance, we can certainly expect that Bollywood is on the way of getting its Mr. Right- the one next big star, where the film MAMR plays an invaluable role of the path maker.
