In this playlist we go in a very sequential manner .From understanding first what accounting means , how is accounting done and why is it so important we slowly launch into the various types of accounts for a business - Personal , Real and nominal explain each of them , the golden principles of accounting that apply to them and then further move on to create journal entries for various financial transactions . We dont leave it there . We carry forward to the ledger where we open up accounts for each of this entries in the journal . Once done , we make our trial balance ...we explain down the path what each thing means --what the ledger means , what the trial balance means and then we resume the journey We filter from the trial balance those accounts which reflect the revenue and expenses for the firm and show them their place in the income statement We percolate the assets and liabilities from the trial balance and ornament them in the balance sheet We select the accounts which deal with real inflow and outflow of cash and highlight them in the cash flow statement We dont stop there , we explain the science of creating journal entries , ledger , traila balance and finally the outputted financial statements We again analyse why are the financial statements so important Best part , we do all this not with theory but with real examples which makes the playlist a treat to the eyes for a student who would want to master the basics first ! Not everyone can afford higher education When i make this tutorials , i make them keeping in mind that class of the society which really wants to learn but perhaps doesnt have the resources to do so and so i get huge energy from within to jot down so many tutorials ( and this are priceless ) To be honest ,accounts was a subject which always scared me ..Also being a civil engineer didnt help ....my various attempts to gather the courage of reading the books would fail until one day , i just kept trying and trying ---just didnt give up because i dont like to give up and i could slowly finally understand accounts ...today , when i do understand this subject , i feel it to be my duty to try and explain what i learnt from the subject ....hopefully ...my experience and my way of teaching will appeal to a few and maybe their doubts to a certain extent will get cleared ...i explain here the science of accounting so the student will actually understand the subject...that is important because if he understands the science then he can progress to advanced accounting and solve any damn case , As i grew up, i saw that knowledge has become too commercialised ...this would gimme pain ...i saw that simple students cannot afford education ..A MBA in howrad will cost me 1.5 Cr ...this would pain me further for despite wanting to do higfher education , i dont wanna create such a huge liability to my parents ,i realised there are thousands if not millions to whom capital is a concern for seeking quality education ...i dropped my ideas to pursue higher education but i carried with me a bigger mission ...a mission to spread quality education for free ....here you see accounts , you will see me doing something else later on ...... If some student wants to study any subject , i will not let the lack of money be the reason of non pursuit of knowledge ( perhaps the degree )....every aspect of the subjects that i will undertake should educate the reader to all extent possible and serve the society Yes , i may take some time to spread complete education because it is too vast but i promise my efforts will be on road to make information open source and knowledge free so that the world becomes a much better place and our future generations live a world where knowledge is free and information is open source This playlist teaches the basic of accounting for which i sense a dearth of tutorials and even if there is , i could not understand and so i decided to make a few my own style It is made in blood and this blood helps make anyone understand accounts , i will feel that my life was blessed , Hopefully this helps , Cheers to humanity , thumbs up to kindness and Yo to Goodness , Peace and Jai Hind , Amlan Dutta
