If you have taken anything that worked well, let us know. Styling Minimum heat Avoid tight styling for long periods of time. Make sure the styles you choose are not causing pain to the scalp Styles: sew ins, braids, flat twists, buns and etc.. Protective styling/ low manipulation hairstyles Trim your ends before starting this challenge if they need to be. Must!!!! Cover your hair every night Tip: Bonnet, scarf, or satin pillowcase.
