Basic legal question... Just for fun. Lets say the Hamilton city council wanted to pass an ordinance that said: Speed limits in Hamilton is 25 miles an hour unless otherwise marked. Violations will not be issued against drivers that are city residents. Would that be legal? Why or why not? Or what if the non-citation part said Violations will not be issued against drivers holding a valid Nevada Drivers License. Would that be legal? Why or why not?
