Be careful who you exchange with! I did a mutual exchange in 2012... and now know why the girl was so eager to get out!! She had been having serious issues with the neighbor for years. Failed to mention it to us, in fact when we asked about her neighbors she lied and said she had never had an issue with them!!! and now we have been having serious issues with the same neighbor. Housing association are good for nothing sorting it out. Have the police and environmental health involved. Rather than finding someone to swap with me. I am fighting this all the way. Why pass it on to someone else!! Just a warning for people to dig deeper into why people want to swap in the first place! I wouldnt wish what we are going through on anyone!!
