Be cautious: I booked a flat in Aliens Space Station-1, Tellapur, Hyderabad during early 2011. I supposed to get the handover during Aug 2014 but the building is in 3rd floor out of 30 floors. The builder asking to pay 22 lacs extra on top of the amount agreed during AOS. So be cautious while booking flat in Aliens Space Station-1 in Tellapur Hyderabad. 60+ consumer cases going on in state consumer court.
