Be frank Many people try to tolerate irritating people by smiling and nodding even if they would rather not be talking to the person. I think it is nicer and more fair to tell the person how he or she makes you feel. Im sure they have the same effect on others but no one had the guts to say so. Many people would rather talk behind a person’s back. But it would be more constructive for the person if someone would tell them what they are doing wrong. Most people would appreciate an honest opinion if said in a polite manner.
