Be grateful for that which you do have. Do not cling to it, do not yearn for more, but be grateful for it. Understand that these things do not last forever, so when the time comes, you will have to let them go. I believe it is ok to enjoy things and material items that you have in your life or desire, as long as those things do not become a source of attachment for you. When things become more important than the relationships and the quality of your life, that is when you must truly let go.
