Beach house, 20 min. From copenhagen center. 20 sqm room and basement. My wife and me just moved to a house close to the beach close to Brøndby Strand Station. There are 2 rooms, 132 sqm and 90 sqm basement. We have enough room, and the house is a bit expensive, so I was thinking to rent out a room. Bathroom is directly across from the room, so there is some privacy. I was thinking to rent for a short period untill sometime during the summer, I will be flexible about that though. Price will be around one third of the the total rent (3.300-4.000 kr. I dont know the exact cost yet). We have 2 dogs, one of them will move to USA permanently in the summer. Rented for one person only.
