Beagles, rabbit hunting, or just the joy of being in the outdoors-it is something we all love. Many are fooled by the thought that a pleasurable activity on earth is going against God, but thats wrong. The key is going about everything in the right way and using the activity to glorify God in a better way than ever before. Just as most say that field trials are a way to fellowship with one another. Well, in that fellowship shouldnt we be setting examples, speaking the gospel, and bringing people to the truth in every way that we can? Im not saying I do this either, but it is something that I, along with everyone else should strive to do in all of our daily activities. If we tell 1,000 people, but it saves one then isnt it worth it? We should be using the activities we enjoy to build the kingdom of God even more. The book of Ecclesiastes 11 puts this in a great way. (v.8) rejoice in every day of life. Then it goes on to say in verse 9 to give account to God in all that you do. Read it further for even more instruction and knowledge, but the main point is to have a good time in life, but while doing so give the glory to God and bring others to him in every way possible.
