🐻 Bears Health Tip Of The Day: 🗿Your Weight-Loss Solution: Clear Your Mind🗿 ♨️Today I’m going to ask you to clear your mind, relax and refocus on your weight-loss journey. 🌅Dieting can be stressful, and this is probably one of the biggest reasons why people fall off the wagon. Sometimes there are just too many things to think about and too many temptations, and dieting can actually cause anxiety, which leads to emotional overeating. ⛲️When you’re in the middle of your weight-loss journey, it’s easy to lose perspective. Your short-term goal is to lose some weight. And in the short term, mistakes and splurges can be frustrating. But when you clear your mind and view your diet in the proper context of longer-term goals – your overall health and wellness – you realize that a bump or detour here or there doesn’t really matter as long as you’re moving in the right direction. 👣Remember that if you take the right small steps, you will get there. If you trip every so often, it’s just not that big a deal. But when you feel that things are moving too quickly for you, it’s easy to forget. 🙇So take five minutes, clear your mind and meditate. Find some place where you can tune everything else out and close your eyes. Think about the weight-loss journey you are on and recognize that you are moving forward, even if it is more slowly than you might like or expect. Breathe deeply. Relax.
