Beau Morrow, heres a little something for you to chew on, think about, and reply to me with some good conversation later :) Now its mentioned that the baby was had at home and that the mother did the cleaning up. This suggests she did not have a midwife present and therefore probably did not receive prenatal care. At CMH and most other hospitals, they do a drug test early on along with all the other million and one labs to check mothers health. Any positive tests during the pregnancy result in a drug test at delivery and intervention of CPS and/or DHS. The baby died of meth toxicity and pneumonia. Therefore this mother at the very least avoided proper birthing due to her drug use and probably did not receive any prenatal care to hide it during the entire pregnancy. This is just one of many reasons I feel expectant mothers at the very least need to be locked up until they deliver. Oh, and they named her Crystal. Just to top it off and add insult to injury.
