Beautiful, cool summer run early this morning before talking to Social Media Club of Lawrence. Almost didnt get my run in as 7:30 meeting time somehow came earlier this morning. But I threw on my shoes and ran out the door to at least #findamile. I ended up finding two and it was the perfect way to start the day. Dont let perfect be the enemy of the good. I didnt get my full training plan run in, but I got a great run in. I didnt win any medals for my performance, but I had an awesome time clearing my head. Good enough is plenty to be thankful for. Good enough was the perfect start to my day. Every day that Im given deserves a mindful, deliberate, loving start. And every day my body allows me to move I am ever grateful. xo
