Beauty standards around the world are so different. Its so interesting to see whats valued in different cultures. The ugliest ones in my opinion were the ones photoshopped in the US. Its very disappointing how weve molded and deformed beauty into something so unnatural. If our standard of beauty is unattainable by even the most beautiful models - who they cover in costumes and makeup just to get an image they can over-edit to look nothing like the person who was photographed - then the industrys opinion of beauty is WRONG. No one looks like that. Not even the professionals. We as women should embrace our natural beauty and go with little or no makeup sometimes, instead of trying to replicate an unnatural and completely computer edited image from a magazine. Show off your true self. Apparently the majority of the world agrees that less is more.
