Because I dont drive I tend to notice more as I dont have to concentrate on the road and now I will share my thoughts on 2 waisted assets in Herne Bay that I believe could be sold off and the money banked and used only for the full rebuild of the pier in whatever manner is deemed viable and will self finance. The first is what I believe to be the Green Shelter sell this off with condition the public toilets stay give permission to build a glass domed top restaurant excavation of the ground level included this has been painted and seems now to have been abandoned. secondly sell off Lane End gardens in all the times Ive passed this only ever seen gardeners in there.2 or 3 detached houses or 6 maisonettes? All money raised to be used for the pier only
