The other day I saw a simple sentence Remember why you started and it reminded me of our dream and what kind of lifestyle we sought out when we left Los Angeles and moved to North Carolina. At first we were distracted with starting a new business - Homegrown Goods and getting settled in our home and new environment. We were really discouraged that we couldnt find our dream property the first summer we were here, but over time through lessons of gratitude, change of attitude, readings on permaculture and getting inspired from small scale organic farmers, we are creating our dream.
